Postage, Packaging & Returns
 
We are able to offer our products at a very competitive price simply because we buy in bulk. 
 
Postage, shipping & delivery:
We currently accept orders within the UK only. Please allow 4-10 days for delivery. However, if you need the order in a hurry, please let us know and we will try our utmost best to deliver them sooner.

Our standard delivery for UK mainland deliveries is usually done by either Royal mail 1st Class or by Courier, depending upon the weight. If it is sent by courier, you will be notified by e-mail. Please make sure that there is someone over the age of 18 to sign for the goods. There will be 2 attempts to deliver after which, the items will be returned to us. In the event that this happens, you will be liable for all return costs.
 
Shipping costs to the UK mainland will remain as quoted unless a specific service has been requested (e.g. Special Delivery).
 
Proof of postage will be obtained for all items.  Sage Events will not be held liable for items once they have left our warehouse but we will certainly assist with claims in the unlikely event of your item being lost or damaged.  Please note that Royal Mail will only consider UK items lost after 15 working days.  No action can be taken until this time frame has passed.

Product Availability:
We hold a full range of stock, enabling us to meet all our customer’s orders.   If at any time we run out of stock (due to unforeseen circumstances) but highly unlikely, we will try our possible best to get you the same from other suppliers. You will be notified and given the opportunity to accept or reject our proposal.
 
Payment:
All orders must be paid for before we can post them to you.   You may pay online by credit or debit card. If paying by postal order or cheque, we will wait until the payment clears before the goods will be sent to you. Prices shown are in UK sterling and include VAT at 17.5% where applicable.
 
Refunds and Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with any of your products, please return within 14 days in a saleable condition and in it original packaging for a complete refund or replacement.   We recommend that you obtain proof of postage from a Post Office. We do not refund postage.
 
Incorrect Goods:
It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 2 days of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not use the item.
 
Privacy:
All information that you provide to us will be treated in the strictest confidence.
