Chair Covers/Table Linen

Chair Covers are a MUST!!! Transform any room from simple to elegant in a matter of minutes.

Sage Events Chair Cover Hire Prices:
£2.79 per cover inlcuding a free organza sash in a colour of your choice*.   Co-ordinating table runners are £5 each.

This price does not include delivery, set-up or collection.  We have given you a ray of options which gives you the flexibility to use the service that suits your budget.

Nationwide Courier Delivery & Collection Charges (24 hour courier service):
   - Up to 50 covers:     £30
   - Up to 100 covers:   £50 
   - Up to 125 covers:   £70
   - Up to 200 covers:   £90

Deduct £10 from the delivery costs if the delivery address or venue is within 30 miles of RM9 6HP.. www.rac.co.uk

Please remember that with our nationwide courier delivery service, you need to arrange to have the covers put on and taken off the chairs yourself.

Customer collection and return:
You are welcome to collect and return the covers from our Dagenham address to save on courier charges.

Local Set-Up Service:
We also offer a set-up service in venues up to 30 miles away from RM9 6HP at a cost of 75p per chair (minimum order of 50).

Deposit:
We require a refundable security deposit for all bookings of £100. This does not make up part of the hire cost and is refunded within 14 days of your event minus the cost of any missing or damaged items. For full details, please see our terms and conditions.  

Sage Events Table Linen Hire Prices:

White 5ft and 6ft  table covers are available for hire at £8 and £9 respectively whilst our 20” by 20” napkins are available for hire at 50p each. 

Due to the heavy fabric used to manufacture the table covers and napkins, we only offer a customer collect and return service.

We keep prices down by NOT having a showroom.  However, you can arrange to see our products by private appointment.

* Additional sashes are available for hire at £1 each.
